David Dhawan – The master entertainer is back in full form sans Govinda & Salman Khan.

Welcome Varun Dhawan to your Dad’s hit club.

After ages, an entertainer which will be enjoyed by everyone – kids, youngsters and the entire family.

Seenu (Varun Dhawan) is a college failure but none the less a very smart youngster who knows how to get out of odd situations. He decides to go to Bangalore and get a degree but instantly falls in love with Sunaina (Ileana D’Cruz) in the college. Angad (Arunoday Singh), a violent police inspector, is madly in love with Sunaina & the entire college is scared to interact with her.

But Seenu is not scared of anyone and this makes even Sunaina tougher and both fall in love. Angad & his sidekick Peter (Rajpal Yadav) are suspended from police force due to Seenu’s smartness.

Sunaina is kidnapped by Vikrant (Anupam Kher) who is a big don (staying in Bangkok) and father of Ayesha (Nargis Fakhri). Ayesha has a huge crush on Seenu and wants to marry him immediately, but Seenu somehow manages to stretch the same for 10 days.

How Seenu manages to avoid marrying Ayesha through his smart ways and gets his love lady Sunaina back is the second half of this entertaining movie.

The movie is quite fast paced and doesn’t bore you even for a single moment. The witty and humorous dialogues are a laugh riot and few of them are clap worthy. The echo effect dialogues by Anupam Kher are unique and makes you laugh out loud (note this, Bangkok kok kok kok kok).

The music by Sajid- Wajid is very good particularly – Palat Tera Hero Idhar Hai & Galat Baat Hai. The editing is very crisp (thanks to David Dhawan’s vast editing experience), photography & choreography too is excellent.

The star of this film is Varun Dhawan who is just a film old but carries the film like a pro – be it comedy scenes, action scenes, dance sequences & dialogue delivery. Ileana D’Cruz & Nargis Fakhri look vivacious, glamorous and with Varun Dhawan, form an interesting and fresh love triangle. Their love triangle is extremely funny and ably handled by David Dhawan who is the master of such love triangles.

There are unlimited enjoyable hilarious scenes and the ones to note are the interactions between Varun & various God’s (Krishna, Ganpati, Jesus Christ).

Anupam Kher is back in his vintage form and post interval – he and the entire cast (including Manoj Pahuwa, Saurabh Shukla, Evelyn Sharma, Shakti Kapoor) assembled in his sprawling Bangkok Mansion entertains, entertains and just entertains.
